Abstract

Human beings are given freedom to seek provision in accordance with applicable law and in a way that is fair. This is one of the obligations of human rights in Islam. Allah SWT. has established through the ordinance of him that any kind of work that run based on the principles of Koranic will never make one rich in a brief period of time. In the view of Islam, work not just as the pusher man to maintain their existence in life, but is the basis of all things. People began to work has been started since the Prophet Adam and his seedinhabiting the earth. She has been at pains to and hard to meet the needs of his life, while in paradise Adam got without the feeling of weariness and fatigue. So also the Prophet (saas. Abstract

The  revitalization  of  business  ethics  in  the  global  economic  system  today urged   to   be   done   given   the   global   economic   competition   tend   to justifies  any  with  regard  not  business  ethics.  Business  Ethics  so  very important  done  especially  in  arranging  business  relationship  with  the parties  that  are  related  with  good  nature,  environment,  companies and  individuals.  Do  business  with  regard  not  the  ethics  of  course  willresult  in  injustice,  evil  and  destruction,  or  at  least  no  parties  who  are disadvantaged  because  of  the  fraudulent  behavior.  The  revitalizationof  business  ethics  in  order  to  build  the  economy  that  civilized  so urgent   and   urgent.   Among   the   business   ethics   that   must   be   were revitalized,    namely    values    of    honesty,    trust    responsible,    moral courage, fairness, realistic and critical, humble respect for  stakeholders.

Abstract

This title of this research, namely analysis that Infuenced considered in the determination of the odds for the results of Deposit Mudharabah deposits and His Accounting Treatment on Bpr Syariah Asri Civil Society of the Archipelago. The purpose of this research is as follows: to know the factors that are considered in the determination of the odds for the results of deposit mudharabah on BPR Syariah Asri Civil Society Nusantara, to know the recognition and measurement, presentation and disclosure of deposit mudharabah on BPR Syariah Asri Civil Society archipelago have been in accordance with the PSAK 105. Qualitative research method descriptive analysis. Research Results concluded that the factors that are considered in the determination of the odds for the results of deposit mudharabah on BPR Syariah Asri Civil Society of the archipelago is the rate that applies in other sharia banks and conventional banks based on financial performance; good relationship between bank with a partner or client; the work plan of the annual budget and the placement of the funds between Bank (inter-city in the whole of Indonesia); macro economic.

Abstract

The fact shows that 70 percent wide Indonesia is the sea. In geographic regions of the Unitary State of the Republic ofmainland only around 1.9 million kilo square meters, while the sovereignty of the sea consists of 3.1 million square kilometersand sea exclusive economic zone (ZEE) 2.7 km or 70 percent ofthe area of the archipelago in the form of the sea. The numberof large and small island as much as 17.500 island. A series of the island stretches from the east to the west as far as 6,400 km and almost 2,500 km from north to south. Abstract

This research focuses attention on accountability in the management of Village Funds Allocation (ADD) in efforts to improve the development of the village and community empowerment. This research is expected to be useful in efforts to improve the accountability of the management of Village Funds Allocation. The results of this research showed that the accountability ADD both technically and administration has een running well in accordance with the applicable rules with evidence of accountability in a transparent and accountable, so also in the management of village funds allocation, proven by the existence of Accountability Report (LPJ) the contents of which there is a cash book receipt, aiding, news events and other activities that have been documented through the pictures that are attached and physical development has been carried out the construction by constructing the irrigation water stones times. The realization of the report and report the realization of the implementation of Regional Budget Villages communicated to the society in writing and with the media information that is easily accessible by the community as shown by the existence of an attachment realization of that has been written. The planning, implementation, accountability for the development and empowerment of the village Dapurkejambon also has been done by the government of the village in accordance with the existing regulations, proven by the existence of the stages of planning activities can be done preparation in the form of the arrangement of the list of the Proposed Planned Activities (DURK) and Business Plan and Budget (RKA) that activities financed by the Fund Allocation of the village. Abstract

In Islamic business, management serve as the basic elements that lways exist and attached to the business processes that will be used as eference by managers in carrying out activities to achieve goals. Urgency of management in a business that is designed includes five functions: planning (planning), organizing (organizing), actuating (mobilization),controlling (control), evaluating (evaluation), coordinating(coordination), motivating (motivation) and leading (leadership). Abstract

This  study  departs  from  the  domination  of  accounting  studies  using the   paradigm   of   positivistic   methodology.   The   aim   in   this studyprovides  an  alternative  approach  in  developing  interpretive  accounting research.  Triyuwono  (2013)  says  there  are  five paradigms  in  the  social sciences:   positivism,   interpretivism,   criticism   postmodernism,   and spiritualists.    Interpretivis    paradigm,    critical,    postmodernist    and spiritualists  using  qualitative  methods,  which  is  the  development  of positivistic paradigm. This paradigm is not mutually exclusive, ideally an accounting  researchers  must  be  able to  accept this  paradigm, called“multiparadigma”  (Triyuwono,  2013).  Interpretive  considers  that  truth, reality or real  life  does not have a one-sided,  but it has many  facets, can be  examined from  various  viewpoints.  Design  research  in  interpretive research,  phenomenology,  ethnography, ethnometodology,  narrative, case studies, and grounded theory.

Abstract

ASEAN  Economic  Community  (AEC)  2015  can  bring  both  positive and  negative  impact  on  MSMEs.  To  deal  with  any  negative  impacts,SMEs  need  for  strategies  to  exist  and  continue  growing.  One  such strategy  is  the  cluster  approach.  This  approach  is  done  by  groupingthe  core  industries  that  are  interconnected,  both  supporting industries  (supporting  industries),  industries  related    (related industries), supporting    services,    economic    infrastructure,  research, training,     education,     information infrastructure,     technology infrastructure,  natural  resources,  and  any  related  institutions. Cluster  is  also  a  way  to  set  some  economic  development  activities.  Based  on  the  result, Strategies  to  Increase  Industry  Competitiveness  in Facing  ASEAN  Economic  Community  (AEC)  is  done  by:  1.  The  use of  core  competencies  in  seeking  to  improve  the  competitiveness clusters.  And  2.  Creating  their  competitive  advantage  cluster  based on RBV (Resources Based Value) approach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of activities revolving Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK) Mojowarno subdistrict PNPM Mandiri in 2014. Indicators used to measure effectiveness is in the form of performance instrument measuring the ratio CCR, ROI, PAR, LAR.This type of research is qualitative descriptive. This study uses secondary data derived from the financial statements in the form of funds flow statement, balance sheet and income statement in 2014. The data was analyzed using a model of Miles and Huberman. Results of analysis of the effectiveness of the CGU districts Mojowarno 2014 indicate that the value CCR> 125% is equal to 219%, which means an effective, ROI figures show 26% are categorized as effective as> 10%, PAR is considered effective because the value obtained <10% is equal to 6 %, and LAR in the category are not effective because of ≥20%, ie by 21%.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and explain the effect of variables of customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty in the smartphone Samsung Galaxy.It takes 55 users of smartphones who have Samsung Galaxy in Jombang as the research sample.The sampling technique used non-probability, particularly  accidental  sampling  technique. Data are then analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. These results indicate that there is a positive and significant impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and trust on customer loyalty.
